Here are our instructions to ensure your satisfaction in your purchase.
Upon receipt of your arrangement, check the water level; add warm water with the packet of preservative solution as needed. Keep water level high in he vase. Arranging foam should be kept saturated.
Display in a cool location, away from direct sunlight. Avoid excessive hot or cold areas.
Add water with floral preservative daily.
Keep soil moist; water thoroughly when soil is dry to touch, draining excess water.
Prefers bright diffused sunlight, do not expose to direct sun.
Place in a warm location, avoiding excessive hot and cold areas.

How to care for your CUT FLOWERS
Immediately upon arrival, remove foliage which will be below the water line in your arrangement. Re-cut stems under water with sharp scissors or knife.
To arrange, use clean vase. Keep vase full by adding water with floral preservative. If arrangement foam is used, saturate it thoroughly in warm water with floral preservative. Insert stems firmly.
Display in a cool location, out of direct sunlight. Avoid excessively hot or cold areas.

Our Substitution Policy
Fresh Flowers: At Rim Country Flowers we are committed to delivering your important emotional sentiments on time and beautifully arranged for your special someone. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal value.
Plants: For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal value and type. Containers for plants will be as close as possible but may vary by size, and what is in stock at the time of order.
Ordering During Holidays
Our store and delivery hours may vary for major holidays. To help ensure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order as early as possible before the following holidays:

Same Day Delivery: We attempt to deliver same day based upon our schedule & driver availability. For orders going outside of the local Payson area, we may require the order to be placed by noon (12:00pm) for same-day delivery.
Specific Delivery Time Requests: We request 24 hour advance notice for specific delivery time requests. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes.
Delivery Times: Normal delivery times are 9:30 am - 3:30 pm Mon-Fri. During major holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day we operate extended hours. Please ask when ordering your items.
Funeral Homes: These orders are our very highest priority. If the funeral services fall on a Sunday, your flowers will be delivered one day prior to either the Funeral home or the family's home
P.O. Boxes: We are unable to deliver flowers to a P.O. Box or an A.P.O. addresses.
Incorrect Addresses: It is the customers responsibility to provide Rim Country Flowers with the full and correct address for delivery of their items. Customer will be charged an additional fee to re-deliver their item(s). We will also need a phone number of the recipient to assist in delivery address.
Canceling an Order: Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. Due to the urgent nature of florist delivered products we are unable to cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, en route or delivered. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please call (928) 363-1674. In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure she/he will be home to accept the delivery.
Request to Leave Item at Door: We will leave flowers with a competent neighbor or employee, but will never leave items outside at the door.
Recipient Refusal of Delivery: Rim Country Flowers does not give refunds if the recipient refuses to accept a delivery.
Card Messages: The message that you write in the Card Message field is the message that is sent with the gift. We do not include any billing information with your order.
Credit Cards / Debit Cards / Cash
